How do you stay in shape? Is it a diet or do you work out? What’s the secret?
I confess, it's all genetics, with a little bit of light weight training, a simple diet, and no snacking between meals.
Above all, I have no worries about my health. I don't do checkups or see doctors. I don't leave room for results that can get into my head and create problems. Do what works for you; this works for me.

Are there any particular conspiracies that really get your goat?
I ignore all conspiracy theories because I find them boring and uninteresting, but there are people near and dear to me who are fascinated by them.
Without going into too much detail, please allow me to point out that such views tend to promote worry and anxiety, as well as a considerable amount of stress, in those who subscribe to such beliefs.
